By downloading, installing, or using ShieldCall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ShieldCall is an Android app that helps users block unwanted calls using on-device filtering, user-defined rules, and related call management features. Features may vary by Android version, device behavior, region, and whether premium functionality is enabled.
ShieldCall does not require a separate account to use its core features. You are responsible for using the app only on devices you are authorized to use and in compliance with applicable law.
Some ShieldCall features depend on Android permissions and system settings, including caller ID and spam app settings, call log access, phone permissions, and optionally contacts access. If these permissions or settings are denied, some features may not work as intended.
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Purchases are processed through Google Play and are also subject to Google's terms, billing flows, and refund policies where applicable. TLS STUDIO does not store your full payment information.
You agree not to use ShieldCall in a way that violates law, infringes the rights of others, interferes with emergency communications, or attempts to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service beyond what is allowed by applicable law.
ShieldCall is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every unwanted call will be blocked or that all app functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, network, or Android implementation.
ShieldCall, its branding, interface elements, copy, graphics, and related materials are the property of TLS STUDIO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may stop using ShieldCall at any time by uninstalling the app. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time, including premium features, where reasonably necessary.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIELDCALL IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLS STUDIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF SHIELDCALL.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of ShieldCall after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
